1. Adoption
of Reinforcing Rings:
Reinforcing rings which are developed and produced by Takachiho are available
for most types of Commutators, particularly, in the case that they are
needed for resisting high temperature and/or high rotating speed applications.
By adoption of Reinforcing Ring, it allows severe usage of Commutators
by high breaking strength such as Starter motor in automobile field.
2. Heat-Hardening
Phenolic Molding Compounds:
Takachiho was and remains at the forefront in development and production
of less costly, lighter-weight molded types of Commutators that have
cores made of heat-hardening phenolic compounds instead of steel clamp.
3. High Tolerance:
Takachiho supplies Commutators for Starter motor of automobile which
are requested for low price, light weight and high speed revolution.
So Takachiho has been received admiration from Automobile business

4. Micaless Designs:
Takachiho's engineers developed their own designs of lighter-weight,
micaless Commutators and innovative process to produce them at the
lowest possible price.
5. Non-Machined
Undercut Designs:
Takachiho's process engineers developed proprietary methods for producing
Commutators with undercuts that eliminated the need for time-consuming
and costly undercut machining. This feature contribute the cost down
of manufacturing Armatures.
6. Segment Bar
Materials:
Most of Takachiho's Commutators are available with segment bars made
by copper of the tough pitch and oxygen free types with Silver(Ag.)
contents of 0%, 0.03%, 0.08%, 0.10% or 0.20%. Takachiho also produces
Commutators with segment bars made by Coin Silver.
7. Toolings:
Takachiho develops , manufactures, and maintains Commutator toolings for
the unique designs and specifications of its customer's request. Takachiho
also has its own toolings for producing more than 1,200 Commutators of
various types and sizes, ranging from 13mm(0.5 inch) to 500mm (19.75 inchs)
in brush diameter, these Commutators are available quickly to customers
by the request such as low price and short lead time. Also you can select
from various Standard Commutators and Takachiho has confident that customers
will satisfy in the new project for selecting from our standard many models
and specification. Customized specification(Number of segment bar, Shape,
